Jeremiah Lamb was born in the early 1800 to Jeremiah and Mary (Price) Lamb. No record of the birth has been located and the 1880 Goodspeed history of Osage County, Missouri in an article about George Washington Pointer notes that he was born in Mississippi. However much of the census information from his children notes he was born in Tennessee and I assume this to be correct.
Nancy David was born in Virginia about 1802 and is the daughter of Isaac David and unknown.
We find the first record of Jeremiah Lamb in the 1830 census of Campbell County Kentucky. This is the area around Covington, south of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is living, with wife Nancy, next to Issac David who is the Nancy's father. It notes that the are two girls under five, they would be

There are no marriage records for the Lamb - David marriage in Campbell County register, which is well documented from the late 1700, so it is possible they were married prior to moving to Campbell County.
In the 1840 census we find Jeremiah in Campbell County
and Isaac David living next door. The census also shows two additional children. The children are

It is believed that Jeremiah moved to Osage county in
1843, died in 1844 (this date is noted in the Goodspeed History of Osage County) and is buried in Feuers Cemetery. This cemetery is located on County Road 727 South of State Highway D, west of Coppers Hill in Osage County Mo.
Nancy is recorded in the 1850 census for Crawford Township, Osage County, Missouri. She is living in a household with her father and five children. Crawford Township is in the area east of Linn near Highway 89 and 50. The census notes that she was born in Virginia and all of her children were born in Tennessee. It also notes that she cannot read or write.
Currently we are unable to locate Nancy in the 1860 census.
We find Nancy in the 1870 census for Jefferson Township, Osage County Missouri. She is living by herself in a household with a real estate value of $850.00. Nancy is living next to the family of George David, age 41, who has a 10 year old son, Issac. George is her son in law.
Nancy shows up in the Missouri State Census of 1876 again in
Jefferson Township, Osage County Missouri. The census notes George David is living in her household. She owns 1 horse, four sheep and produced 30 Bushels of Wheat and 100 Bushels of corn.
The 1880 Census finds Nancy 78 years old and in her daughter, Margaret Lamb Pointers household. It notes she is at home and was born in Virginia as both of her parents were.
Nancy died in 1884 and her burial location is unknown.
